Our Deposit Contract
By submitting the form below, you are stating that you intend to put a deposit on one of our puppies and that you agree to the terms of our deposit contract. Please be sure to fill in all information print this off and forward it to us with your deposit. A $200.00 non-refundable deposit is required to be received by us within 5 calendar days from when you first indicate your intent to purchase a puppy. Deposit must be in cash or paypal. Your puppy is guaranteed to be healthy and free from any life threatening illness. Your puppy will be dewormed and will be up to date on all shots appropriate for their age. You agree to have your puppy examined by a licensed vet within 48 hours of purchase. If any life threatening illness is found within the first 48 hours, you can return the puppy at your expense for a new puppy when one becomes available. If you do not take your puppy to the vets within the first 48 hours, the health guarantee will be void and no replacement will be done. No refunds will be given. We will not pay for vet visits. Documentation of the life threatening illness must be provided by your vet to replace the puppy. An extensive Genetic Health Guarantee will be provided.

What we expect of you
If you are not ready to care for a new puppy with the proper vet care, nutrition, and continued training and socialization that may be needed, please do not buy a puppy from me. Too many puppies and dogs are ending up in dog pounds and being euthanized each year. A new puppy is a long term committment and it is up to you to decide whether a new puppy will fit in with your lifestyle and whether you can devote the time and love needed to raise a happy, well socialized puppy.
Additional Information
Chihuahuas are the smallest of all canine breeds and must be treated with care. I do not recommend small chihuahuas for homes with children under 6 years of age due to the risk of death or injury that can be caused by a young child. I will not be held responsible for death or injury to a puppy. I will not be held responsible if a puppy bites a small child. It is up to you to decide if a chihuahua is the correct choice for your particular family. Chihuahuas are like small babies they need lots of attention and love to be happy and healthy.
Any neglect on the part of the buyer is also not the responsibility of the Seller. The buyer understands that all routine care for vaccinations, flea and parasite control, heartworm prevention and regular feeding of your new pet is the buyers sole responsibility as a new pet owner. Death or injury caused by hypoglycemia is also the responsibility of the new owner. The seller shall not assume liability for any vet expenses incurred by the buyer. The seller makes no guarantee as to the adult size, color, ability to breed or whether the puppy will be show versus pet quality. Estimates of adult weight are based on prior puppies and current weights. Feeding and exercise play an important role as well in the eventual size of your puppy.
